Dave’s Auto Center Jeep Gladiator Giveaway

No Purchase Necessary: You can enter without making a purchase; purchases don’t improve your odds of winning.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents (50 states + D.C.), who are of legal age in their state. Employees, affiliates, and household members of Dave’s Auto Center, Creatormate, and associated parties are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period: November 24, 2024, 12:00 a.m. PT – December 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PT.

How to Enter:

Purchase Entry: Buy eligible products at shop.davesautocenter.com & www.davescustomgarage.com for automatic entries.
Mail-In Entry: Send a postcard with your name, address, phone, email, and date of birth to the provided address. Each card equals 500 entries, with a maximum of 40 entries allowed per person.

Bonus Entries: Extra entries may be offered during specific periods. Maximum entries: 20,000 per person.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: A Jeep Gladiator (ARV $40,500) + a trip to Utah ($1,000) OR a $10,000 cash alternative.
Drawings: Random drawings determine finalists and the grand prize winner. Odds depend on total entries.

Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, and winners are responsible for taxes and fees. The Jeep Gladiator must be claimed by March 31, 2025.

Travel Terms: Travel is arranged by the Sponsor, and winners are responsible for personal expenses.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via FaceTime or video call. Failure to respond promptly may result in disqualification.

Other Terms: Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if unforeseen issues occur. By entering, participants release Sponsor from liability and grant permission to use their likeness for promotional purposes.
