Direct Drop-In Solution
Eliminating the CP4 is the clear solution, and S&S Diesel Motorsport and PurePower have innovated a lasting plug-and-play CP4 replacement with OE fit and function. They started with a reliable Stanadyne DCR fuel pump, and the combined engineering team developed a variant specifically for the Ford 6.7 Power Stroke that matches the CP4 output curve without needing any calibration updates. This, along with OE-grade braided hose and steel fuel lines, provides Super Duty truck owners with a more dependable CP4 replacement that looks and performs like factory equipment.
Durable DCR High-Pressure Fuel Pump
The two-piston DCR pump, designed for easy installation, features a modular and compact design, low hydraulic and acoustical noise, fast response times, and compatibility with biofuel and low-lubricity fuels. It utilizes patented eccentric drive pumping technology and pressure-lubricated cam and bushings for enhanced performance, efficiency, and durability. The Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) includes high-quality corrosion-resistant components and proprietary features to prevent large debris from entering, ensuring exceptional toughness and longevity. The DCR pump delivers a maximum fuel flow of 1,250 mm³ per revolution, 25% more than a CP4.2, providing ample flow for worn injectors with high returns.
Protect Productivity
The S&S Diesel Motorsport Ford 6.7L CP4 to DCR Pump Conversion can save Ford F-Series diesel truck owners $10,000 to $15,000 in fuel system repairs and provide peace of mind, ensuring their daily workhorse remains reliable.
